Website Development and IT Services:

  • You may request a cancellation of our services at any time. However, the refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project.
  • If the project is in the initial stages and no substantial work has been completed, a partial refund may be provided, deducting any costs incurred.
  • Once the project has reached a significant milestone (e.g., design finalization, development initiation), cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription Services:

  • If you are subscribed to any recurring services (e.g., maintenance, hosting, etc.), you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle after the service has been rendered.

3. Refund Policy

Full Refunds:

  • A full refund may be provided if the project has not commenced, and no work has been done.

Partial Refunds:

  • If work has commenced but is not yet completed, a partial refund may be provided based on the proportion of the work completed and the costs incurred.

No Refunds:

  • No refunds will be provided once the project is completed and delivered to the client.
  • Refunds are also not applicable for design services after design approval or after the final deliverables have been handed over to the client.

  • Third-party service fees (e.g., hosting, software licenses).
  • Completed design and branding services once final approval is given.
